Required Documents
The documents required will depend on your individual circumstances. However, an application for Business Name Registration will mainly require:
- Valid identification for the authorised applicant
- Details of the registered business name

Turnaround Time
Applying for a Business Name Change of Particulars involves two stages:
Application Preparation and Submission: Once we have received all the required information and supporting documents, we can prepare and submit your application within 2 working days.
Application Processing: After submission, your application is processed by Companies House and your processed Business Name Certificate will be ready within 2 working days at most.
