Required Documents
The documents required will depend on your family composition and personal circumstances. However, requesting Medical Records will mainly require:
- Completed and signed Request for Medical Records Release Form
- ID or Civilian Registration Card copy
Turnaround Time
Requesting Medical Records involves two stages:
Application Preparation and Submission: Once we have received all the required information and supporting documents, we can prepare and submit your application within 2 working days.
Application Processing: After submission, your application is processed by Gibraltar Health Authority. The processing times* vary depending on the volume of applications being handled.
