Important Things to Remember
- Approval of an application is entirely at the discretion of the Department of Employment, and meeting the documentation requirements does not guarantee acceptance.
- Your passport expiry date maybe taken into account when processing your New Work Permit application. If your passport has only three months remaining, your work permit may be issued for the same period, even if you are otherwise eligible for a one-year work permit.
