A Certificate of Compliance is issued by the Income Tax Office and is an official document confirming that an individual is fully up to date with their tax obligations under Gibraltar law.

Turnaround Time
Requesting a Certificate of Compliance involves two stages:
Application Preparation and Submission: Once we have received all the required information and supporting documents, we can prepare and submit your request within 2 working days.
Application Processing: After submission, your application is processed by the Income Tax Office in Gibraltar. Processing times* vary but can in some cases be as little as 2 working days.
