Request to Reside
A Request to Reside is an application made by a British Overseas Territories Citizen to obtain permission for a non-EU spouse, civil partner, or minor child to reside in Gibraltar. The application process requires supporting documentation and evidence of the family relationship, and ensuring that all requirements are met can help avoid unnecessary delays.
